Production Madness...

Camberwell Beauty

We are now on day seven of the Camberwell Beauty shoot, with one more day to go! It's been a manic week, with its highs and lows, but lots learnt and done. The cast were brilliant and us crew worked very hard to get sets ready in time and work to the Directors wishes. Although there seemed to be a lack of professionalism on the mangers front and their lateness was a big issue, the rest of the crew pulled together to get things sorted. So here are a few pic's from the set while the action is rolling...

Creating Crazy...

Camberwell Beauty

As soon as all the props where gathered, it was time to start making the crazy scenes of Camberwell Beauty! Our studio in Bermondsey will accommodate three of our sets, a Hospital scene, a Backstage Band scene and a Socialite Party scene. After the challenge of gathering all of the props needed on a zero-low budget, dressing the set was the best part! Seeing it come to life in front of you and being apart it's creation is the most rewarding part.

Thought I would share with you some pic's, taking you to the three sets... all in one studio!

Catching Up...

Well it's been a while after having been side tracked while on Jury Service! It was nothing exciting and involved hours of waiting around, just missed being picked as a juror for a 3 month case pheeeeeeeeeeeew!
Now to make up for lost time!
So the past couple of weeks have been hectic, not only have I just started a part time retail job to pay my rent, I have also had to catch up with the two current feature films I am working on, The Sixth Monkey and Camberwell Beauty.

Rock n' Roll Beauty:

With the production of Hound being put on hold the same company have decided to push ahead with another feature film. Camberwell Beauty was originally written as a theatre production by Christopher Ward, and preformed by The Wet Paint Theatre Company in 1982. Now to be made into a film and due to start filming in April this year! I am not allowed to tell you too much about the story, we won't want to spoil it. All I can say is be prepared to be dazzled with art!

Monkey Time:

The Sixth Monkey is going full steam ahead, with casting nearly completed, articles being written about the  production and our mini game is almost ready to be launched!
While waiting around on Jury Service and having finished both my books, I thought I do some concept art and share them here with you!
